Understanding what I needed to work was not about the physical but the emotional and energetic body, changed me.
In 2017 I was a fitness addict, completely disconnected from my body and femininity, with no magnetism or radiance, working out twice a day and feeling frustrated with no results to a woman who nowadays loses weight effortlessly and struggles to gain extra kg. Now, I live a balanced life, working out only 2-3 times a week without following specific diets. This transformation is a byproduct of my regulated nervous system, trauma release, and addressing the wounded parts of my body that needed attention.

Each case is different, but our practises are somatic trauma-informed although they mostly come from ancient medicine or lineages and not from clinical therapy.
We have several examples that prove some ancient methods are more efficient but if there is any concern please reach out and we will be able to support.
If you are under psychotherapy medication is mandatory you inform us before retreat.
